Dribble, pass, shoot, score! It’s time for basketball!

Game On Westlake is a youth basketball league for boys and girls in preschool through 8th grades. Founded by former Westlake NJB President Tami Miller and Westlake High School’s basketball coach Rob Bloom (also executive director of Westlake Sports Camp), this league focuses on a quality sports experience that includes indoor games at the best local facilities with superior officials and paid scorekeepers. In addition, our players are decked out in premium uniforms – both jersey and shorts – for an experience unlike any in the area.

SUMMER 2014 BLACKTOP BASKETBALL LEAGUE:  Game On Westlake will offer a blacktop basketball league for boys and girls in preschool - 8th grade. Practices will be on Wednesday at the Westlake High School outdoor courts, and games will be on Friday evenings at the Westlake High School outdoor courts.

Registration is closed for Summer 2014!

Check the website in September for updates on Winter 2014.

TRAVEL TEAMS:  Game On Westlake has a travel program for boys in 4th - 8th grades and girls in 7th-8th grades. Our teams compete in the local V-league, which is comprised of travel teams from the following communities: Agoura, Camarillo, Moorpark, Newbury Park, Ojai,Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, and Westlake. Each community hosts a home game, so there may be travel to gyms in each of these cities. You can check out the V-league at www.thevleague.org.

Westlake teams with open spots on their rosters will hold tryouts before the regular season starts in November.

Since this is travel basketball, it is a more competitive enrivonment. Most teams will practice two times a week, and there could be two games per weekend, on either Saturday and/or Sunday. Fees to compete with the travel team are higher due to more games and a longer playing format that requires more gym time to complete each game. If you are interested in the travel teams, please register your player for rec league.

We'll make the fee adjustments once the travel rosters are complete.
